Group structure

The Granlatte cooperative unites over 600 producers and controls 63.14% of the joint-stock company Granarolo S.p.A. The other shareholders: National Strategic Fund (15.27%), Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. (14.95%), Enpaia (4.58%) and Treasury shares (2.06%).

Granarolo S.p.A.:

  • transforms raw milk;
  • determines its own industrial processing policies and those of the other Group companies;
  • directs investment and asset renewal choices;
  • and also coordinates and manages the industrial, commercial, management and financial policies.
